Job Title: SAP SuccessFactors Solution Architect

Job Location: Deerfield, IL

Job Type: Full Time

Rate: Market rate

Required Skills:

  • 8+years solution architecting and deployment experience in SAP HCM/SuccessFactor
  • Must have implemented SAP HCM and SuccessFactors modules (EC and EC Payroll) in the capacity of lead solution architect either as a part of the Implementation Partner Team or Customer Team.
  • Retail industry sector experience is preferred.
  • Experience with minimum of five full cycle implementations.
  • Good understanding of industry specific business processes.
  • Has performed at least 3 feasibility studies.
  • Understands the Industry Leading Business Process approach and is contributing to it.
