Title: HRIS Manager (SuccessFactors)
Location: Onsite - Houston, TX (Mon-Thur)
Duration: 3 months
Rate: All-Inclusive
Alignment: W2 or C2C
Overview
We are seeking an experienced HRIS Manager with 10+ years of HRIS experience, including strong expertise with SAP SuccessFactors. This is a client-side, non-hands-on role focused on supporting the deployment and implementation of SuccessFactors.
Description
  • Act as the client-side HRIS lead for the SuccessFactors deployment.
  • Collaborate with implementation partners and internal stakeholders.
  • Provide functional guidance and ensure project alignment with business requirements.
  • Support project planning, testing, issue resolution, and deployment activities.
  • Coordinate with HR, IT, and business teams to ensure successful implementation.

Requirements:
  • 10+ years of experience in HRIS roles.
  • Strong experience with SAP SuccessFactors implementations/deployments.
  • Experience in a client-side or business-facing HRIS leadership role.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Must be local to the Houston area and available to work onsite Monday through Thursday.
