Reporting into the Global VP of Partnerships, this role will focus on building strategic relationships across the whole agency ecosystem, including media agencies, creative agencies, experiential agencies, marketing consultancies, talent agencies, and emerging marketing intermediaries to position Influencer as the creator marketing partner of choice.

You will be responsible for identifying, developing, and scaling partnership opportunities that drive new business, deepen market presence, and unlock commercial growth opportunities globally.

This role requires someone highly relationship-driven, commercially minded, and deeply connected within the modern agency landscape, and can structure and negotiate large and complex commercial deals. We are looking for someone who understands how to turn relationships into revenue opportunities, strategic collaborations, and long-term growth.

Why Influencer?

  • You'll join at the most exciting moment in our history, our most successful year to date, with a clear path to our $1B creator payments goal

  • Global partners of TikTok, Meta, YouTube, Pinterest, Snap and more, with access and relationships few agencies can match

  • A creator-founded company that understands culture from the inside, not just as a marketing exercise

  • 200+ people across 9 global hubs, with the intimacy of a team where your work genuinely matters

  • Competitive compensation, hybrid working from our New York office, and a benefits package tailored to your market

Measures of success - in the first few months, you will have:

  • Growth in revenue attributed to agency and intermediary partnerships.

  • Expansion of Influencer’s agency partner network globally.

  • Increased partnership-driven pipeline and qualified introductions.

  • Development of scalable partnership frameworks and repeatable collaboration models.

  • Successful integration of partnerships into broader sales and marketing initiatives.

  • Increased market visibility and strategic positioning within the agency ecosystem.

  • Strength and retention of key agency and intermediary relationships.

Roles & responsibilities:

Agency Relationship Development

  • Build and manage relationships across global agency holding companies, independent agencies, creative agencies, experiential agencies, and talent agencies.

  • Develop strategic partnership plans that increase Influencer’s visibility, integration, and preferred-partner status across the agency ecosystem.

  • Build and sustain strong commercial relationships with key industry intermediaries and consultancies, who own and manage pitch processes on behalf of brands. Ensure Influencer’s place on pitch lists managed by these partners.

  • Create and nurture relationships with key decision-makers across strategy, investment, partnerships, creator, innovation, and experiential teams.

Commercial Growth

  • Identify and unlock new revenue opportunities through agency-led partnerships and intermediary relationships.

  • Partner closely with sales leadership to drive pipeline development, introductions, and partnership-driven revenue opportunities.

  • Support the development of scalable commercial frameworks that deepen repeat business and long-term strategic value.

Talent & Creator Ecosystem Partnerships

  • Develop relationships with talent agencies, management companies, and creator representation groups to strengthen Influencer’s creator access and collaboration opportunities globally.

  • Explore partnership opportunities around talent activations, creator programs, experiential moments, and branded collaborations.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with Marketing, Sales, Product, and Client Services teams to ensure partnership initiatives support broader go-to-market priorities and commercial objectives.

  • Partner with the Global Marketing organization to support events, thought leadership, co-marketing opportunities, industry programming, and market visibility initiatives.

  • Collaborate with Product and Platform Partnership teams to identify opportunities for integrated offerings and strategic innovation partnerships.

Market Intelligence & Industry Presence

  • Stay deeply informed on agency landscape shifts, creator economy trends, platform developments, and emerging partnership opportunities.

  • Represent Influencer at industry events, conferences, client meetings, and networking opportunities globally.

  • Help position Influencer at the center of the evolving creator, media, and marketing ecosystem.

What you will need:

  • 7–10+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, agency relations, media, experiential, creator marketing, or digital marketing.

  • Agency DNA: A deep understanding of how global agency holding companies operate, including their commercial incentives and trading structures coupled with strong existing relationships

  • Strong commercial instincts, with the ability to identify scalable partnership opportunities, and experience structuring global deals and JBPs within or alongside agency groups

  • Experience working cross-functionally: with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Client Services teams.

  • Passion for creator marketing: internet culture, and the evolving media landscape.

  • Collaborative Mindset: Experience working cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Marketing to turn partnership insights into market-leading offerings.

  • Communication Skills: Comfortable presenting to C-Suite stakeholders
