You will work closely with various internal stakeholders, including marketing, sales, and product teams, to optimize affiliate campaigns and drive growth. This role requires excellent relationship management skills, a strong understanding of affiliate marketing strategies, and a goal-oriented mindset.
RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Establish and develop processes for creating and managing an affiliate program from the ground up.
2. Devise, execute, and refine strategies to attract and recruit new affiliate partners, expanding the program's reach.
3. Nurture and cultivate relationships with affiliate partners, offering continuous support and promptly addressing concerns or challenges.
4. Actively monitor and assess the performance of affiliate marketing campaigns, pinpointing areas for optimization and enhancement.
