About the Role
Bubble is looking for an Influencer Marketing Manager to lead our global influencer program. Reporting to the Director of Consumer Engagement & Advocacy, you'll be the connector between the day-to-day and the long-term vision, driving influencer marketing across organic and paid partnerships helping grow brand awareness, and advocacy.
The ideal candidate is an equal parts relationship builder, project manager, and strategist, with a deep understanding of creator culture, beauty, and the evolving social landscape.
Key Responsibilities
Strategy & Program Growth
  • Support the development and execution of Bubble's global influencer marketing strategy in partnership with Marketing, Social, PR, and Creative teams.
  • Leverage storytelling, creator insights, and platform trends to align influencer initiatives with broader brand objectives.
  • Conduct competitive, cultural, and platform research to identify emerging opportunities and evolve Bubble's influencer playbook.

Influencer Program Management
  • Build, nurture, and retain authentic relationships with creators, talent managers, and agencies while continuously identifying new partnership opportunities.Lead day-to-day execution of influencer marketing, including outreach, gifting, campaign management, briefing, content approvals, tracking, and creator communications.
  • Manage influencer campaigns from concept through execution, including negotiations, contracting, timelines, deliverables, and post-campaign recaps.
  • Coordinate influencer participation for launches, events, PR mailers, and experiential activations.

Analytics & Reporting
  • Own influencer reporting across CreatorIQ, Tribe Dynamics, Dash Hudson, Storyclash, Zelf, and other relevant platforms.
  • Track campaign performance, earned media value, engagement, conversions, and ROI while providing actionable recommendations for optimization.
  • Maintain accurate creator databases, campaign documentation, dashboards, and performance reporting across global markets.

Cross-Functional & Global Collaboration
  • Partner closely with the entirety of the marketing team as well asregional teams to ensure influencer initiatives support integrated campaigns and overarching marketing goals
  • Collaborate with retail teams across the U.S., UK, and Australia to share insights, maintain brand consistency, and scale best practices globally.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
  • 5-7 years of influencer marketing experience, preferably within beauty, wellness, fashion, or consumer brands.
  • In-house influencer marketing experience strongly preferred.
  • Proven success managing both organic and paid influencer campaigns from strategy through execution.
  • Experience using CreatorIQ and influencer analytics platforms such as Tribe Dynamics, Dash Hudson, Storyclash, or similar tools.
  • Familiarity with affiliate and social commerce platforms (ShopMy, ShopStyle, LTK, TikTok Shop) is a plus.
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Based in the New York City area with the ability to work from the SoHo office four days per week and travel as needed.
