Manager, Influencer Marketing - New York City (Hybrid)

Job Overview

The Manager, Influencer Marketing will support the creation and execution of influencer and creator programs across a portfolio of fashion and lifestyle brands. This role is highly executional and detail-oriented, responsible for coordinating day-to-day influencer activities including influencer communication, briefs, product seeding, campaign logistics and content tracking.

This individual will play a key role in building engaging, influencer campaigns ensuring a consistent drumbeat of content, visibility and brand relevance

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the execution of influencer campaigns across paid and earned initiatives
  • Build seeding campaigns based on seasonal messaging, trends and business priorities
  • Assist with influencer outreach, communication and day-to-day coordination
  • Track campaign deliverables including content timelines, posting schedules and approvals
  • Ensure all influencer activities are executed on time and aligned with campaign goals
  • Order and manage product inventory for influencer seeding, including tracking samples across brands
  • Coordinate and fulfill product shipments to influencers, media and partners
  • Maintain accurate records of all gifted product and ensure proper allocation by campaign or initiative
  • Work closely with internal teams and partners to source product for upcoming activations
  • Partner with the social team to support in-house content development and shoots
  • Ensure brand product priorities are reflected in social content through proper sample coordination and styling support
  • Coordinate shipping, mailing lists, and delivery timelines for influencer and PR send-outs
  • Maintain organized databases of influencer contacts, addresses and preferences
  • Support event preparation including packing, gifting and on-site logistics for influencer activations
  • Monitor influencer content across platforms including Instagram and TikTok
  • Track campaign performance including posts, impressions and engagement metrics
  • Compile reports and recaps for internal teams, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
  • Support the team in identifying high-performing content and key learnings
  • Partner with PR, social, and marketing teams to support influencer and seeding initiatives
  • Assist in coordinating influencer participation for key brand moments, events and launches
  • Manage all budgets related to paid and earned seeding
  • Ensure alignment across teams on product, timing and messaging


Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in influencer marketing, PR, social media, or related field within fashion, lifestyle, or consumer brands
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns, shipments, and timelines simultaneously
  • Experience with product seeding, sample tracking, or inventory management is highly preferred
  • Familiarity with influencer platforms including Instagram and TikTok
  • Detail-oriented with strong follow-through and ability to manage logistics end-to-end
  • Comfortable supporting on-site content shoots and fast-moving production environments
  • Strong communication skills and ability to coordinate across internal teams and external partners
  • Basic understanding of influencer marketing metrics and reporting
  • Proficient in Excel or similar tools for tracking and reporting
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple brands and priorities simultaneously


Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
