·         Collaborate with stakeholders across HR, HR Centers of Excellence, HR Operations, Shared Services, IT, Finance, and external vendors to translate business needs into sustainable system solutions.

·         Ensure system decisions align with Perdue’s HR and IT operating model, data governance standards, and enterprise architecture.

·         Lead planning and execution for SAP SuccessFactors semiannual releases, including impact assessment, change intake, sandbox validation, regression testing, production readiness, and go‑live support.

·         Establish and enforce a repeatable release management framework ensuring changes are tested, documented, approved, and communicated.

·         Partner with Training and HR stakeholders to ensure downstream impacts to processes, documentation, and user guidance are addressed.

·         Define and maintain testing standards, including documentation, test scenarios, regression cycles, SME validation, and defect tracking.

·         Ensure testing is planned, disciplined, and consistently executed for releases, enhancements, and break/fix work.

·         Hold the team accountable for quality outcomes and system stability.

·         Manage and direct external partners such as SAP, SuccessFactors, and third‑party support providers to ensure high‑quality delivery and adherence to Perdue standards.

·         Act as a trusted partner to leadership, providing clear guidance on system capabilities, risks, and tradeoffs.

·         Ensure technical decisions are clearly explained and documented for non‑technical stakeholders.

Minimum Education and Experience

·         10+ years of hands‑on SAP SuccessFactors expertise.

·         SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central certification.

·         Demonstrated experience leading SuccessFactors releases, testing cycles, and production deployments.
