SAP SuccessFactors EC Payroll Consultant
Location: New York, NY
Hybrid Role (3 days onsite in a week)
Rate -$95/HR- Please be flexible
Job Description:
10+ years of experience in SAP Payroll.
3+ years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors Payroll ECP.
Hands-on application expert in the SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll domain.
Working both individually and as part of a team of Payroll consultants delivering EC Payroll solutions.
Provide impact assessment with Half yearly Releases.
SAP experience as an SAP implementation consultant including SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll module and having EC Payroll implementations including Payroll Control Center PCC.
Certification in Employee Central and ECP is desired.
Other SuccessFactors module certifications would also be desirable.
Deep knowledge and experience of SAP HCM on premise ECC including US payroll schema PCR Schema process Canadian payroll experience desired Mexico and other countries also beneficial.
Experience implementing integrations with third party applications such as BSI.
Working knowledge of Foundation Objects MDF objects Rules and Workflows.
Knowledge and experience of processes and configurations in the area of Employee Central Payroll and its integration with other SF modules.
Experience with data migration and data management activities in SuccessFactors.
Experience and knowledge of SAP Activate Methodology for SuccessFactors.
In depth understanding of HR and Payroll functions and business processes.
