Location: Kohler, WI
Note: Onsite for 2 week/month, Rest remote
Job Description:
  • SAP HCM experience & certified (8-10 years)
  • Very good knowledge in SAP HCM - OM (Organization Management), PA (Personnel Administration) and US Payroll
  • Must have completed at least 4-5 end to end implementations in OM, PA and US Payroll
  • Should have good experience in driving client workshops (in-person and online)
  • Should have good communication skills
  • Should have good understanding of other SAP modules to assess impact on functionality - mainly - HR ABAP, Integrations, Custom Objects and Reporting
  • CIP certified.
