Job Summary

We are seeking a PeopleSoft HCM Functional Analyst to support enterprise Human Capital Management applications and business processes. The ideal candidate will work closely with HR stakeholders and technical teams to implement, enhance, and maintain PeopleSoft HCM solutions that align with organizational objectives.

Responsibilities
  • Gather and analyze business requirements related to Human Resources and Payroll operations.
  • Configure and support PeopleSoft HCM modules including Workforce Administration, Benefits, Compensation, and Talent Acquisition.
