About this Position

Seeking a highly skilled Functional Analyst with experience in leading and facilitating testing activities for large-scale ERP implementations. The ideal candidate will have analytical skills, and hands-on experience managing End to End and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) cycles. You work closely with functional/technical leads, Project Managers and the PMO.

  • Extensive experience using Jira as a test management and defect tracking tool during ERP implementation projects.
  • Work with project managers, functional leads, and technical teams to define entry/exit criteria.
  • Confirm test environment readiness (system configuration, integrations, security roles).
  • Collaborate with functional leads to understand business processes and test scenarios.
  • Develop or oversee creation of test cases, test scripts, and test data.
  • Assign and monitor test cases to team members.
  • Work closely with integration leads to validate end-to-end business process flows.
  • Ensure timely defect resolution and retesting before cycle closure.
  • Provide daily and weekly test status reports to project management and stakeholders.
  • Track test execution metrics (coverage, pass/fail rates, open defects, retests).
  • Escalate risks and blockers to the Project Manager / PMO promptly.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of six (6) years of experience in systems analysis in a PeopleSoft HCM environment.
  • Must include four (4) years of leading or supporting testing in an integrated Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system is required.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field
  • Knowledge of Oracle Fusion
