Job description

We are seeking a talented, experienced Oracle HCM Cloud Implementation Consultant to assist with the Oracle HCM implementation.
This role involves leading the implementation and continuousimprovement of the Oracle Cloud HCM application to enhance business processes, anddocumenting the business requirements, configuration, and testing of the application.We are looking for an experienced consulting professional with strong HCMbusiness process knowledge, a broad understanding of solutions, thetransportation industry, standard methodologies, and technology designs, whooperates independently to deliver high-quality work products in our engagement.Performs varied and complex duties and tasks requiring independent judgment toimplement the Oracle HCM product and meet our business needs.
Responsibilities:
  • Hands-on experience in multiple Full Life Cycle implementations of the Oracle HCM Cloud (Fusion) product, from planning through design, build, testing, and go-live.
  • Strong functional knowledge of the Oracle HCM Cloud application.
  • Experience with fast formulas, OTBI, and other types of Oracle reporting
  • Experience leading a project team, including managing workstream leads to drive their work towards project deadlines and deliverables that are on target and beyond client expectations.
  • Superior communications skills, both verbal and written
  • Assist with tasks such as: system strategy, gathering and documenting business requirements, leading fit-gap analysis, as-is and to-be business process designs, prototype demonstration, functional configuration, testing, and client user training as it relates to Oracle HCM implementation.
  • Plan and organize tasks and report progress on the track/deliverables.
  • Leads the business team through theproject life cycle, with focus on best practice process adoption
  • Designsprocesses and prepares the solution Blueprint for project implementation.
  • Ability to articulate theproduct/module features to business teams by conducting the Product familiaritysessions and trainings as needed.
  • Leads business requirements meetings,facilitates productive discussions, and drives decisions.
  • Thiswill include, but is not limited to, workshop facilitation, deliverablegeneration, application configuration, comprehensive testing to achievesuccessful testing, business process best practice advice, deployment planning,deployment execution, and post go-live support.
  • Provide expertise and guidance, gather detailed requirements, and translate them into system configurations.
  • Guide the testing cycles teams as well as perform cutover activities as required for go-live preparation
  • Abilityto demonstrate the solution approach through Proof of concept/Conference RoomPilot and seek business approval before transitioning into SolutionDesign/Development phase
  • Coordinates design and configurationwith all functional leads across the Oracle Cloud HCM implementation scope
  • Ability to work with the businessteams to help convert legacy data.
  • Training HR staff on Oracle HCM
  • Leads the testing effort tests, testcase preparation and testing the solution with users.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in a functional advisory or consulting role on Oracle HCM Cloud core modules like Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, Compensation and Absence management.
  • Minimum of 2 full life-cycle Oracle HCM Cloud implementations
  • Minimum of 10 years - of HCM implementation consulting experience
  • Expertise on North American HCM functional business processes and US regulatory requirements.
  • Previous consulting experience with aconsulting/SI organization
  • Oracle Cloud Certification is preferred
  • Anticipate client/project needs, develop alternativesolutions, and provide support for delivery teams and staff.
