Job description:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer science or equivalent, with minimum 10+ Years of IT experience.
  • You should Work with main HR business stakeholder to understand the HCM business requirements along with the Information technology team of client.
  • You should Be well versed with HR Domain expertise. Spearheaded comprehensive HCM cloud transformation initiatives from inception to deployment.
  • You must Work closely with CXO community to understand the strategic requirements towards digital transformation journey.
  • Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to capture business requirements and ensure strategic alignment.
  • Experience in Offer expert advice on HCM cloud functionalities, configuration options, and industry's best practices.
  • Champion innovation and continuous improvement in HR processes through modern design thinking and emerging technologies.
  • Be able to successfully be led large-scale, multi-country HCM cloud transformations involving complex organizational structures and multiple module implementations.
  • Design and optimize HR IT landscapes, including vendor selection, cloud readiness assessments, and operational support models.
  • Deliver Target Operating Models (TOM) and experience-centric HR process designs, integrating AI accelerators and strategic use cases.
  • Be able to provide assistance in configuring the application for various modules for Cloud HCM such as core HR, Payroll, Talent management, ORC, OTL etc.
  • Be able to advise on workforce transformation strategies, from talent marketplace solutions to skill-based organizational models, promoting learning agility,
  • Have complete understanding of SDLC starting from requirement analysis, development, testing, production go live & support.
  • Lead complex transformation projects to deliver efficient projects output.
  • Perform the requirement analysis and prepare viable HCM solution design document as per client requirements.
  • HCM cloud solution design and presentation to business with value proposition and analysis.
  • Collaborate closely with Team members to understand the requirements and provide the desired support for implementation.
  • Help the HR stakeholders to understand the product behavior and help in providing the solutioning and work arounds
  • Collaborate closely with Client team to arrive at most optimum solution and provide implementation advice.
