- Gather and analyze business requirements; translate them into functional specifications
- Conduct workshops, CRPs (Conference Room Pilots), and user training sessions
- Configure Oracle HCM modules and coordinate with technical teams for integrations and customizations
- Support data migration, testing (SIT/UAT), and post-go-live stabilization
- Act as the primary client-facing consultant onsite
- Collaborate with sales teams to support RFP/RFI responses
- Design HCM solutions aligned with client requirements
- Deliver product demos and client presentations
- Provide effort estimation, solution architecture, and implementation approach
- Contribute to proposal creation and bid defense meetings
- Engage with business leaders, HR teams, and IT stakeholders
- Manage project deliverables, timelines, and risks
