Oracle HCM Functional Lead (Onsite)1Key Responsibilities:
Functional Consulting (Onsite Role)
  • Lead end-to-end implementation of Oracle HCM Cloud modules (Core HR, Payroll, Absence, Talent Management, etc.)
  • Gather and analyze business requirements; translate them into functional specifications
  • Conduct workshops, CRPs (Conference Room Pilots), and user training sessions
  • Configure Oracle HCM modules and coordinate with technical teams for integrations and customizations
  • Support data migration, testing (SIT/UAT), and post-go-live stabilization
  • Act as the primary client-facing consultant onsite
Presales Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with sales teams to support RFP/RFI responses
  • Design HCM solutions aligned with client requirements
  • Deliver product demos and client presentations
  • Provide effort estimation, solution architecture, and implementation approach
  • Contribute to proposal creation and bid defense meetings
Stakeholder & Project Management
  • Engage with business leaders, HR teams, and IT stakeholders
  • Manage project deliverables, timelines, and risks
  • Mentor junior consultants and review deliverables
