What you will be doing:

  • Work closely with CLS' third-party implementation partner, internal business stakeholders and project management teams to design, configure, test and deploy Oracle Fusion Human Capital Management, based on functional business and phasing, ensuring the system meets the organization's HR needs.
    • In scope modules include HCM Base, Recruiting Cloud Service, Recruiting Booster, Talent & Performance, Workforce Compensation, Time and Labor, Absence, Learning Cloud Service, Learning Connect Cloud Service, Human Resource Help Desk, HCM Cloud Guided Learning Service, Touchpoints, Cloud Service, Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence (OTBI), BI Publisher, Fusion Data Intelligence (FDI).
  • Collaborate effectively with HR and Technology teams, and external stakeholders to gather requirements, define future stateand implement effective solutions that enhance HR operations.
  • Collaborate with HR and Technology teams alongside external vendors to gather technical and operational requirements. You will help to define the future state and design scalable, effective solutions to enhance HR operational efficiency.
  • Support and collaborate with Business Analyst teams to analyze business processes and requirements, translating them into functional specifications for Oracle Fusion HCM .
    • Validate the configuration within Oracle meets these requirements.
  • Ensuring our end state configuration supports the program's key principles, guardrails and target state operating model.
  • Partner with external consultants and internal stakeholders to design and provide ongoing support to users, conduct training sessions, and create user documentation to facilitate effective use of the HCM system.
  • Generate and maintain reports to meet the needs of HR management and other stakeholders, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
  • Provide guidance on common pitfalls and considerations to set the solution up for success.
  • Provide data migration support by analysing legacy systems and mapping datasets into Oracle ensuring data integrity and a seamless transition with minimal business disruption.
  • Ensuring opportunities for Artificial Intelligence are well understood by HR SMEs and embedded into the future state delivery plans.

What we're looking for:

  • Highly experienced in HR systems & technology with strong functional knowledge of HR processes and practices - Big Four experience is a plus.
  • Proven experience as an Oracle HCM Functional Consultant or in a similar role, with a strong understanding of HR processes.
  • Familiarity with Oracle Fusion Cloud applications and the ability to configure and customize HCM modules effectively.
  • Oracle security, access management and workflow experience.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills are essential for collaborating with various stakeholders and addressing their needs.
  • Professional certifications in Oracle HCM are highly desirable and can enhance credibility in the role.
  • Must be highly proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.
