Role: Oracle HCM Cloud - Techno-Functional Consultant 
Experience: 10+ Years
Location: USA Oakland /Atlanta, GA
Work Mode: Hybrid
Role Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud – Techno Functional Consultant  with strong expertise in Payroll, OTL and Absence Management modules mandatorily. The role involves leading HCM implementations, working closely with HR business stakeholders, and delivering scalable Oracle Fusion HCM solutions.
Key Responsibilities
•    Lead functional design and delivery for Payroll, OTL and Absence Management modules. 
•    Gather and analyze business requirements; translate them into functional configurations
•    Configure Payroll, Absence plans/accruals, and OTL processes 
•    Drive CRP, UAT, cutover, and go live activities
•    Technical Knowledge on Reports OTBI/BIP, HDL, HCM Extracts and Fast Formulas
Required Skills & Experience
•    Any Bachelor’s degree in Technology
•    10+ years of overall experience with Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud and Strong hands-on experience in Payroll, OTL and Absence Management 
•    Experience in end-to-end Oracle Fusion HCM implementations
•    Good understanding of HCM functional architecture and business processes
•    Strong communication and stakeholder management & Reporting Skills
•    Experience of working closely with the customer business users/IT teams.
