Job Summary
The Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC) Analyst is responsible for supporting financial and business analytics initiatives through data analysis, reporting, validation, and stakeholder collaboration. This role works closely with business users to translate requirements into actionable insights, ensure data quality, and enable informed decision-making through analytics, KPI tracking, and reporting solutions. The ideal candidate possesses strong experience with Oracle Analytics Cloud, Oracle databases, SQL, and financial data analysis.
Key Responsibilities
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into data-driven solutions.
• Analyze large-scale financial and business datasets to generate meaningful insights and support strategic decision-making.
• Develop and maintain analytics, reports, dashboards, and KPI tracking solutions using Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC).
• Perform data validation, reconciliation, and quality assurance activities to ensure accuracy and consistency across data sources.
• Support financial analytics, trend analysis, and performance reporting initiatives.
• Monitor and analyze key business and financial performance indicators.
• Extract, transform, and process structured and unstructured data using Oracle, SQL, and related technologies.
• Identify data trends, anomalies, patterns, and opportunities to improve data quality and reliability.
• Support reporting and analytics initiatives related to revenue and financial performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and deliver analytical solutions.

• Ensure adherence to data governance, quality, and reporting standards.
• Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis findings.
• Support continuous improvement of analytics, reporting, and data management processes.
Required Qualifications
• 10+ years of experience in data analysis, reporting, or business analytics roles.
• 2-4+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC).
• Strong experience working with Oracle databases, SQL, or similar data platforms.
• Proven experience analyzing financial datasets and generating actionable business insights.
• Experience with data validation, reconciliation, and data quality assurance processes.
• Strong understanding of analytics, reporting, and KPI measurement frameworks.
• Experience collaborating with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking abilities.
• Ability to work with large and complex datasets.
