As an Oracle Analytics Developer, you will leverage their expertise in Fusion Data Intelligence (FDI) and Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC) to develop reporting solutions and maintain dashboards and reports. This role requires strong technical proficiency, analytical skills, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive financial transformation initiatives.

How You'll Spend Your Time

  • Design and deploy interactive dashboards, visuals and tabular reports using OAC, OTBI and FDI
  • Learn native semantic model and ability to incorporate other data sets into the schema
  • Manage integrations between Oracle Financials Cloud Free-Form Cloud or on-premise systems, ensuring data controls and accuracy.
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive reporting strategy aligned with business objectives
  • Create and maintain documentation of reporting processes, standards, and procedures
  • Analyze existing financial processes, identify areas for improvement, and implement solutions to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and compliance.
  • Partner with Finance and lines of business teams to gather requirements, translate business needs into technical solutions, and provide training and support.
  • Understand best reporting practices using Narrative Reporting, dashboards, and analytics using Smart View, and OTBI.
  • Perform regular system maintenance, including updates and performance tuning, to ensure optimal functionality and security.
  • Ensure configurations and processes comply with regulatory standards and internal controls.
  • Lead or support Oracle Analytics Cloud projects, including upgrades, migrations, and new module implementations or enhancements, while adhering to project timelines and budgets.
  • Provide advanced technical support, resolve system issues, and mentor when needed.
  • Embrace change and advocate for new system processes and automations.

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or a related field. Certifications are a plus.
  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience in Oracle Cloud Solutions.
  • Proven experience in designing and implementing reporting solutions within Oracle Cloud.
  • Knowledge of financial processes in the banking industry.
  • Exposure to data migration tools and processes for Oracle Cloud environments.

Compensation Ranges:

US Employees in California, Washington DC, New Jersey, and New York:

$83,810 - $131,550

US Employees in Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, Illinois, Massachusetts, Maryland, Minnesota, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, Texas, Washington, and Wisconsin:

$76,520 - $120,210

US Employees in all other states not listed above:

$69,230 - $109,120
