Wieland is hiring a Senior Oracle EBS Techno-Functional Analyst. The Senior Oracle EBS Techno-Functional Analyst will have strong techno-functional expertise in Supply Chain Management (SCM) and Oracle Process Manufacturing (OPM) This role will partner closely with business stakeholders and IT teams to support, enhance, and optimize the Oracle EBS environment across manufacturing and supply chain operations. This is a senior individual contributor role with responsibility for production support, solution design, system enhancements, and project delivery. This role is located in Louisville, KY and will be fully remote. Applicants must be able to work in EST or CST. Willing to travel up to 20%.
Base Salary Range: $140,000 - $160,000 annually
May be eligible for a variable compensation plan bonus based upon company performance within fiscal year cycle.

Responsibilities
Senior Oracle EBS Techno-Functional Analyst Responsibilities:
  • Serve as a senior techno-functional resource supporting Oracle EBS SCM and OPM modules.
  • Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze processes, and deliver scalable solutions.
  • Support Month-End and Year-End Close activities across SCM and OPM functional areas.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve Oracle EBS application, interface, and backend data issues.
  • Design, develop, and support configurations, customizations, reports, interfaces, workflows, and integrations (RICEW/CEMLI components).
  • Develop ad-hoc SQL queries, reports, and data analysis to support business operations.
  • Support integration between Oracle EBS and external systems using APIs, middleware, and file-based interfaces.
  • Coordinate with managed services providers, consultants, and cross-functional IT teams.
  • Serve as a primary business-facing contact for Oracle EBS support and enhancements.
  • Manage assigned project workstreams including scope, timelines, risks, testing, and deliverables.
  • Independently manage priorities and production support activities.

Senior Oracle EBS Techno-Functional Analyst Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in information systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or 8 years relative and directly applicable experience.
  • Minimum 8 years of hands-on Oracle EBS R12+ techno-functional experience across SCM and OPM modules.
  • Oracle EBS certification(s), Oracle APEX, or analytics/reporting experience preferred.
  • Strong Oracle EBS techno-functional knowledge across OPM and SCM modules including Process Execution, OPM Cost Management, OPM Quality, Inventory (INV), Purchasing (PO), and Order Management (OM).
  • Working exposure to Financials (GL, AP, AR) and Supply Chain Planning processes preferred.
  • Strong understanding of process manufacturing operations including batch processing, inventory control, costing, quality, and supply chain execution.
  • Hands-on experience with SQL, PL/SQL, Oracle Forms, Reports, Workflow, interfaces, and RICEW development.
  • Experience supporting Oracle EBS integrations and middleware technologies such as OIC, Dell Boomi, IBM Sterling, or similar platforms preferred.
  • Strong troubleshooting, analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience supporting Oracle EBS production environments with minimal supervision.
