Job Summary

In addition to Technical Systems Analyst responsibilities, this position is responsible for oversight and management of small and medium sized projects and works closely with the senior Technical Analyst(s), ERP & Business Systems Team Lead and Manager to provide input and analysis for system selection, process improvement with recommendations for new technology and functionality implementation and champions adoption.

Responsible for system and process design, configuration, development, and unit testing of medium complexity reports, interfaces, and system logic/pages/notifications/workflow/analytics/queries.

Responsible for system documentation, testing planning and oversight of user testing, getting business approval, and gathering required documentation for change management. Works collaboratively with IS, ERP, and Business partner resources to ensure security, stability, regulatory compliance of assigned system(s) and optimal user experience.

*Must be FL resident and able to work both remote and on-site daily as needed. 


Required Qualifications

- Require a bachelor's degree with a major in Computer Science and/or Information Systems. Relevant work experience can substitute on a year-for-year basis for the required degree. 


- Require minimum of three (3) years’ experience in a multi-entity health care system, or large hospital, or managed care organization, or IT management consulting organization. - Require minimum of five (5) years of hands-on systems development, implementation, analysis, design, configuration, testing, and integration experience with applicable enterprise-wide application systems and pertinent programming languages/Graphical User Interface. - Require relational database understanding, and experience with data manipulation and conceptual knowledge of networks, servers and databases.
