Job description

Overview:
Mc3 Partners is seeking a seasoned Oracle EBS to Oracle Cloud transformation expert to lead a major modernization initiative for a federal client. This role focuses on transitioning legacy EBS modules into Oracle Cloud Applications, with emphasis on Field Service, Supply Chain, Financials, and Advanced Planning. Key Responsibilities: Lead technical transition from Oracle EBS to Oracle Cloud Fusion
Map legacy configurations to modern Cloud architecture
Configure and test modules including:
Field Service (Install Base, Service Contracts, iSupport, Depot Repair)
Supply Chain (Order Management, Inventory, Purchasing, Manufacturing, Product Hub)
Advanced Planning (ASCP, Demantra, Inventory Optimization)
Financials (Receivables, Payables, GL, Assets)
Conduct JAD sessions with stakeholders
Support data migration, interface conversions, and process redesign
Collaborate with development, security, and reporting teams (OBIEE, BIP)
Assist with testing, training, deployment, and change management
Minimum Qualifications: 10+ years of Oracle EBS experience across relevant modules
2+ full lifecycle Oracle Cloud implementations
Strong knowledge of Oracle Cloud SCM, Financials, Field Service
Experience in federal and commercial environments
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Preferred Qualifications: Oracle Cloud Certification (SCM, Financials, Field Service)
Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), ADF, or PaaS tools
Familiarity with DOE/DOD compliance frameworks
Experience with OBIEE and Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC)
