Human Capital Management (HCM) Coordinator
Experience Level: Entry Level
Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused HCM Coordinator to provide support across the organization by managing employee service requests, maintaining personnel data, and ensuring organizational information is accurately updated within HR systems. This role plays a key part in delivering responsive service, resolving inquiries, and supporting business operations through effective case management and data administration.
Key Responsibilities
Primary Responsibilities
  • Build strong relationships with employees and internal business partners by providing responsive and professional support.
  • Utilize technology and HR systems to resolve employee inquiries and complete service requests accurately and efficiently.
  • Manage assigned cases from intake through resolution, ensuring timely follow-up and thorough documentation.
  • Follow established processes and procedures while escalating complex issues when necessary.
  • Apply business knowledge and critical thinking to address issues with an appropriate sense of urgency.
  • Create, update, and maintain organizational structures, personnel records, and HR master data within SAP.
  • Ensure the highest level of confidentiality when handling sensitive employee information.
  • Maintain reliable attendance and consistent performance standards.

Additional Responsibilities
  • Participate in collaboration and process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Perform additional job-related duties and special projects as assigned.

Qualifications
Required Qualifications
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Excel, and Word.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
