We are in search of a Senior SAP SAC Developer who will be responsible for the development, and administration of financial planning systems critical to the business and reporting. In this role you will design, build, and maintain models including allocations, financial projections and analysis, actual reporting, and support efforts to centralize forecasting processes across finance. You will also act as central support and expert of our SAP SAC planning tool, provide guidance to team members, and implement solutions that improve and streamline our business processes bringing value to the organization.
Responsibilities:
Design and develop end-to-end solutions using SAP Analytics Cloud platform, including data modeling, visualization, planning, predictive analytics, and collaborative features.
Design and implement data models and connections within SAP Analytics Cloud, ensuring data integrity, performance, and security.
Collaborate with cross functional teams to integrate and prepare data from various sources, including SAP and non-SAP systems, for modeling, analysis and reporting within SAP Analytics Cloud.
Implement planning and forecasting models within SAC, enabling users to perform what-if analyses, scenario planning, and budgeting processes.
Perform testing, debugging, and optimization of SAC applications to ensure quality, performance, and usability standards are met.
Provide technical expertise and guidance to project teams and business users on SAC development best practices, methodologies, and features.
Provide training on SAC reporting, visualization solutions, and best practices to business stakeholders.
Provide cyclical support for weekly, monthly, and yearly financial business system processes and operations.
Stay updated on the latest SAP Analytics Cloud innovations, enhancements, and best practices, and apply them to continuously improve analytics solutions and processes.
Qualifications/Requirements
Bachelor's degree in information systems or related field
4 years of development experience in SAP SAC development
Strong experience and deep technical understanding of SAP Analytics in addition to architectural, technical, and application knowledge expertise of SAC.
Proficiency in SAP Analytics Cloud platform, including data modeling, visualization, planning, and predictive analytics.
Experience with SAP HANA, Snowflake, as well as non-SAP data sources, and data integration methods.
SAP certifications in SAP Analytics Cloud or related areas are a plus.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with team members and stakeholders at all levels.
