Title:- Workforce Management Software Consultant

Location : Dallas, TX (Onsite)

Job Description:


An Experienced Workforce Management (WFM) Consultant with expertise in ADP Workforce Management solutions and its integration with SAP HCM and SuccessFactors is required. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing and supporting WFM solutions, ensuring seamless integration with SAP and SuccessFactors to optimize HR and payroll processes.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Implementation and configuration of Workforce Management (WFM) solutions.
  • Analyze business requirement and design WFM solutions that align with organizational goals.
  • Ensure seamless integration with SAP HCM (Time Management, Payroll) and SuccessFactors Employee Central.
  • Design and manage real-time and batch integrations between ADP WFM, SAP HCM and SuccessFactors.
  • Work with APIs, middleware (such as SAP integration suite or Dell Boomi), and file-based interfaces.
  • Troubleshoot integration issues and ensure data consistency across systems.
  • Configure scheduling, time tracking, attendance, and leave management in WFM.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, union agreements and company policies.
  • Support time evaluation and payroll integration within SAP.


Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in WFM software implementation, support and integration.
  • Strong expertise in WFM, integrating WFM with SAP HCM (Time & Payroll)
  • Deep understanding of time tracking, scheduling, absence management and compliance rules.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot system and integration issues.
  • Experience with cloud based WFM solutions.
  • Experience in US Payroll.
