YOUR MISSIONS

The Dayforce Implementation Senior Consultant leads end-to-end implementations of Dayforce across  Workforce Management modules. This role requires deep functional expertise, strong client-facing skills, and the ability to translate complex business requirements into scalable Dayforce solutions. The Senior Consultant serves as a trusted advisor to clients, ensuring successful deployment, adoption, and optimization of the Dayforce HCM platform.

Implementation & Solution Delivery

  • Lead full-cycle Dayforce implementations specially WFM , including discovery, requirements gathering, configuration, testing, deployment, and go-live support.
  • Configure Dayforce module(WFM) according to client needs and best practices.
  • Translate business processes into Dayforce system workflows while ensuring compliance and operational efficiency.
  • Conduct gap analysis and recommend process improvements or system enhancements.
  • Oversee and perform data migration activities, including data mapping, validation, and reconciliation.
  • Develop and lead testing strategy: SIT, UAT, regression testing, parallel payroll testing, and issue resolution.

Client Management & Advisory

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client stakeholders throughout the implementation.
  • Facilitate workshops, demonstrations, and training sessions for client teams.
  • Provide subject-matter expertise on Dayforce functionality, configuration options, and industry best practices.
  • Manage client expectations, communicate project status, and identify risks or dependencies proactively.
  • Advise clients on post-go-live optimization opportunities to maximize Dayforce value.

Project Management & Collaboration

  • Collaborate with project managers to build project plans, manage timelines, and deliver key milestones.
  • Work cross-functionally with technical consultants, integration specialists, and payroll/HR SMEs.
  • Support integration efforts between Dayforce and external systems (ATS, ERP, benefits carriers, payroll interfaces, etc.)
  • Document functional requirements, configuration decisions, user guides, and training materials.

YOUR PROFILE

Required

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience implementing Dayforce and 10 years HRIS experience
  • Strong functional expertise in WFM ( Workforce Management)
  • Proven experience leading client-facing implementation projects.
  • Deep understanding of  workforce management processes.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.

Preferred

  • Certification(s) in Dayforce modules.
  • Experience working in a consulting firm or fast-paced implementation environment.
  • Experience with data migration and HCM integrations.
  • Project management training or certifications (PMP, Agile, etc.).

Soft Skills

  • Strong leadership and client-management presence.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
  • High attention to detail and process discipline.
  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity and driving structure in complex implementations.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
