Job Description:

Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Cyber Workforce Analyst to support the Office of the Deputy Principal Cyber Advisor - Forces & Readiness

Position Overview
The Cyber Workforce Analyst will support DoW cyberspace workforce management, readiness, training, qualification, and force generation initiatives. The role will analyze workforce requirements, qualification standards, training needs, and readiness data and provide recommendations to senior leadership.

Responsibilities

  • Support cyber workforce management, readiness, training, qualification, and force generation activities.

  • Analyze cyber work roles, workforce requirements, qualifications, and readiness gaps.

  • Apply DCWF and DoD 8140 standards to workforce planning, tracking, and coding.

  • Support Joint Force Trainer (JFT)/Joint Cyberspace Training Authority (JCT) and joint training activities.

  • Map KSAs to applicable training, certification, education, and qualification requirements.

  • Develop and maintain cyber workforce qualification matrices.

  • Develop workforce metrics, analysis, and reporting to identify gaps and inform senior leadership and policy.

  • Provide technical analysis and recommendations on cyber workforce and readiness matters.

  • Coordinate with senior-level stakeholders and organizational partners.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university in a relevant field.

  • Minimum 7 + years of demonstrated experience in DoW workforce management.

  • Demonstrated experience with the DoW Cyberspace Workforce Framework (DCWF) and DoD 8140 series.

  • Demonstrated knowledge of DCWF workforce elements, proficiency tiers, qualifications, tracking, and coding.

  • Demonstrated experience supporting USCYBERCOM JFT/JCT or related joint cyber training programs.

  • Demonstrated experience with military training pipelines, joint training standards, and cyber workforce qualification processes.

  • Demonstrated experience developing qualification matrices and mapping KSAs to training, certification, education, and qualification standards.

  • Demonstrated experience developing workforce metrics and analysis for senior leadership and policy development.

  • Strong analytical, communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.

  • Ability to interface effectively with senior-level leadership and stakeholders.

  • Active DoW Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility.
