You'll use workforce analytics, scenario modeling, and business insight to influence decisions that shape the future of the organization.

What You'll Do

  • Develop workforce simulations, organizational models, and scenario analyses
  • Create data-driven recommendations that support workforce and talent strategy decisions
  • Build dashboards and analytics within workforce planning platforms
  • Partner with HR, Finance, Talent Acquisition, and business leaders to solve complex workforce challenges
  • Translate complex data into clear, actionable business insights
  • Support the administration and governance of workforce planning tools and platforms
 What We're Looking For
  • Experience in workforce planning, organizational design, people analytics, workforce economics, capacity planning, or related analytical fields
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience presenting insights and recommendations to business stakeholders
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with HR, Finance, and business leaders
  • Proficiency with SQL and at least one analytics/programming language (Python or R preferred)
  • Experience with Tableau, Power BI, or similar visualization tools
  • Experience working with large, complex datasets
  • Strong business judgment and data storytelling capabilities
Preferred Experience

  • Visier
  • Workday Adaptive Planning

  • Workforce strategy, talent strategy, or organizational effectiveness initiatives
Who Thrives Here

We're looking for someone who:

  • Enjoys solving ambiguous business problems
  • Can translate data into actionable recommendations
  • Is equally comfortable working with data and stakeholders
  • Enjoys influencing decisions through analysis and insight
  • Brings curiosity, learning agility, and strong business judgment
Hours & Work Schedule
  • Hours per Week: 40
  • Work Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:30-5:00
  • Hybrid, 4 days on site from a Citizens corporate office, 1 day remote
