Orion Group is looking for an experienced and energetic Talent Analyst to join our team! As a Talent Analyst, you will play a key role in our growth as you are responsible for sourcing, cultivating and hiring high potential candidates for executive positions across the holding company of Orion and its verticals.This is a hybrid role, with an expectation of spending 2-3 days per week in the office

Compensation & Benefits
A competitive compensation package will be offered. Base pay for this position ranges from approximately $70,000 to $90,000 and will also include an annual bonus, in addition to a full range of medical, financial and other benefits. Pay is based on a number of factors including job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.Â
