This Analyst will be a part of developing a team that works across Alpine's portfolio to (i) grow our leadership network, (ii) build a durable pipeline of future executives, and (iii) serve as a trusted advisor to Alpine's investment team. WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Build and manage a proactive pipeline of executive candidates
- Design and execute outbound strategies to connect with prospects through cold calls, personalized emails, LinkedIn outreach, networking events, and industry conferences
- Lead introductory conversations that build genuine rapport and assess fit with Alpine's values and leadership profile
- Cultivate and nurture long-term relationships with business leaders
- Market map industry talent and deliver landscape insights to drive future investments
