At Arms Acres, we are seeking an experienced and innovative Chef Manager to lead our culinary team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the preparation and presentation of exceptional meals in our long-term care facilities drug rehab facilities. Chef Manager Responsibilities:
  • Manage and supervise a team of cooks, dishwashers, and kitchen assistants to ensure efficient and effective food preparation and presentation
  • Develop and implement menus that meet the dietary needs and preferences of our residents and patients
  • Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations, maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment
  • Ensure timely and efficient service delivery to meet the needs of our residents and patients
  • Participate in training and professional development to stay up-to-date on the latest culinary trends and techniques
Chef Manager Requirements:
