We pride ourselves on our innovative menu, high-quality ingredients, and exceptional service. We are seeking a dedicated Culinary Manager to join our dynamic team and help us maintain our high standards. 

Job Summary: The Culinary Manager will play a crucial role within a team of leaders in supporting the daily operations of our kitchen. This position involves managing kitchen staff, ensuring food quality and safety, and maintaining inventory. The ideal candidate will have a passion for culinary excellence, strong leadership skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, upscale environment.  

Key Responsibilities Include 

Hands On Leadership: Expediting during service, touching each dish to enforce high standards of quality and consistency. 

Staff Management: Assist in hiring, training, and scheduling kitchen staff. Provide ongoing support and mentorship to ensure high performance and team cohesion. 

Inventory Control: Monitor inventory levels, conduct regular stock checks, and order supplies to ensure the kitchen is well-stocked with fresh ingredients. 

Sanitation and Safety: Implement and enforce rigorous cleaning and sanitation protocols. Ensure compliance with all food safety regulations and standards. 

Cost Management: Assist in tracking kitchen expenses, identifying areas for cost savings, and implementing efficient practices to minimize waste. 

Customer Satisfaction: Ensure that all dishes are prepared and presented to the highest standards, contributing to an exceptional dining experience for our guests. 

Qualifications: 

Proven experience in a culinary Management position, or similar role in a high-volume restaurant 

Hands-on experience with menu planning and ingredient ordering 

Extensive knowledge of culinary techniques and upscale American cuisine 

Strong understanding of kitchen sanitation and safety regulations 

Excellent organizational and leadership skills 

Ability to manage a team effectively in a fast-paced environment 

Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed 

Culinary school certification or a degree in Restaurant Management is preferred 

3-5 years of experience in a similar role is preferred.Â
