Salary: $120,000 - $130,000 + Bonus Potential

The Corporate Executive Chef will oversee culinary operations for a growing lifestyle hospitality group currently operating two successful restaurant concepts, with two additional openings planned within the next six months. The portfolio includes a high-volume American diner concept, an island-inspired restaurant, an all-day dining concept opening soon, and a flagship expansion projected to generate more than $7M annually.
Qualifications
  • 7+ years of progressive culinary leadership experience, including multi-unit oversight.
  • Experience leading Executive Chefs, Chef de Cuisines, and culinary management teams.
  • Strong background in menu development, food costing, P&L management, and operational systems.
  • Proven success with restaurant openings, training, and concept development.
  • Experience in upscale casual, lifestyle hospitality, or high-volume restaurant groups preferred.
Responsibilities
  • Oversee all culinary operations across current and future concepts.
  • Directly lead 3 culinary leaders and approximately 40 BOH team members.
  • Manage menu development, food costs, labor performance, purchasing, and kitchen profitability.
  • Develop and implement culinary systems, recipes, training programs, and operating standards.
  • Lead upcoming restaurant openings, including staffing, training, and operational execution.
  • Mentor chefs and kitchen leaders while ensuring consistency in food quality, presentation, and guest experience.
