Title of Position: Executive Chef 


Compensation: $110k to $120k along with 20% bonus and relocation allowance.


Job Description: The Executive Chef is responsible for the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the kitchen and food production outlets. The Executive Chef may serve on the property's executive committee. The Executive Chef will ensure guest satisfaction by effectively running the day-to-day operations of the kitchen, maintaining control of the standards for purchasing and receiving items, and working closely with the store room manager and food and beverage controller to establish and maintain control of the standards for purchasing and receiving items. The Executive Chef will need to create recipes and production methods, compile new banquet menus, and inspect all food service functions during service to ensure that the correct standards are maintained. The Executive Chef will need to keep up-to-date with local and international market trends and competitors' food production/offerings. The Executive Chef will lead and develop the careers of the culinary staff and assist in the promotion of in-house sales activities, such as culinary festivals, chef specialties, and culinary competitions.
