Executive Chef – Fine Dining Chinese Cuisine | Miami, FL

We are seeking an experienced and visionary Executive Chef to lead the culinary program for an upscale fine dining Chinese restaurant in Miami. The ideal candidate specializes in Hu Cuisine and possesses strong knowledge of the Seven Major Regional Chinese Cuisines, with the ability to create refined, authentic, and innovative dining experiences.

The Executive Chef will oversee all kitchen operations, menu development, food quality, staff leadership, and culinary excellence while maintaining the highest standards of presentation, consistency, and hospitality.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an Executive Chef in fine dining
  • Expertise in Hu Cuisine required
  • Extensive knowledge of the Seven Regional Chinese Cuisines preferred
  • Strong leadership, training, and kitchen management skills
