Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role in Ocala, FL, for an Executive Chef. The Executive Chef will oversee kitchen operations, including menu development, team management, and food preparation. Responsibilities include leading and mentoring kitchen staff, maintaining inventory, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, and creating high-quality dishes that reflect our focus on live fire cooking. Collaboration with management to align culinary offerings with company goals is also a core aspect of the role.
