Job description

Responsiblities:

โ— Position requires flexibility as well as versatility

โ— Must be reliable and responsible for your own transportation

โ— Capable of driving company vehicles including operating food trucks(mobile for on site events)

โ— Strong Knife, Cooking skills

โ— Ability to be coachable, trained on โ€œChefโ€™sโ€ procedures and the way we do things

โ— Strict cleanliness and sanitation as well as organization

โ— Capable of managing themselves as well as others if asked to(on-site)

โ— Putting away orders

โ— Capable of firing jobs

โ— Rotating/FIFO procedures

โ— Working seamlessly with Chef/ Chef De Cuisine on production

โ— Capable of working in cooperation with front of the house coordinator and or point of contact on catering events

โ— Communicating with Chef concerning management of inventory and ordering

โ— Responsible for checklist, required food as well as equipment for on site events

โ— Work with kitchen staff to guarantee planning(logistics), coordination, and execution of BEOs

โ— Capable of closing kitchen down properly

โ— Taking inniative, recognizing (doing without being asked) in day to day work from filling in with cleanup/ garbage/ dishes etc. willing to help where you are needed

Qualifications:

โ— Clean drivers license

โ— ServeSafe Certificate(willing to get it)

โ— Previous experience 3-5 years

Availability:
