ELS is hiring for the position of File Clerk in Lockport, New York.

What you'll do:

The File Clerk will be responsible for creating and organizing property resident files.

Your job will include:

  • Organizing documents received from each resident
  • Create files to adhere to corporate standards for ease in finding information
  • Purge outdated files according to document retention program
  • Update files with new documents for 2022
  • Maintain a professional and courteous attitude at all times

Experience & skills you'll need:

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to details.
  • Ability to lift and/or move up to 40 pounds.
