  • Monday - Friday

  • 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

  • No weekends!

Compensation:

  • Starting at$20 an hour (Based on experience)

What You'll Do:

As a Title Clerk, you'll help ensure all vehicle transactions are completed accurately and efficiently. Your responsibilities will include:

Titles & Documentation
  • Order and process titles for sold vehicles

  • Track trade-in titles after payoff

  • Complete monthly title audits

  • Assist with wholesale title processing

  • Manage and resolve titling discrepancies

  • Maintain organized and compliant vehicle jackets

Licensing & Compliance
  • Coordinate delivery and pickup of DMV/IDS paperwork and plates

  • Ensure vehicles meet state inspection and emissions requirements

  • Track temporary tags and complete audits

  • Monitor license plate mailing timelines

  • Maintain and verify licensing spreadsheets

Flooring & Inventory Support
  • Assist with flooring processes and audits

  • Track sold and wholesale vehicles

  • Collaborate with store leadership and Corporate Title Clerks to keep everything accurate, compliant, and on schedule

  • Additional duties as assigned

Work Setting:

Physical Requirements:

  • Operate a vehicle when needed

  • Handle paperwork and computer tasks for extended periods
