Greenway Automotive Group is actively hiring Automotive Service Technicians for multiple dealership locations throughout the Orlando area. Whether your experience is with Kia, Hyundai, Ford, CDJR, or another manufacturer, we have opportunities to match your skills and career goals.

Compensation: $60,000–$140,000+ annually, based on experience, certifications, productivity, and other qualifying factors.

ASE Certified Technicians and dealership-experienced technicians are highly encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

  • Diagnose, maintain, and repair vehicles according to manufacturer and dealership standards
  • Perform inspections, testing, and repairs using diagnostic equipment and specialized tools
  • Complete repair orders accurately and efficiently
  • Communicate repair recommendations with Service Advisors
  • Perform warranty repairs according to manufacturer specifications
  • Maintain accurate repair documentation while delivering quality workmanship

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1 year of automotive technician experience required
  • Dealership experience preferred
  • ASE Certification preferred but not required
  • Strong diagnostic and mechanical repair skills
  • Experience using diagnostic equipment, lifts, alignment equipment, A/C machines, and other shop tools
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Professional attitude with a strong work ethic
  • Valid driver's license required
