Buchanan Kia is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Automotive Service Advisor to join our team in Westminster, MD. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact between customers and our service department, ensuring an exceptional customer experience while efficiently managing service operations. Your expertise and dedication will help maintain and grow our customer relationships, providing valuable guidance and support throughout the vehicle service process.

Responsibilities
  • Greet customers promptly and warmly in person and over the phone.
  • Assess customer vehicle service needs and communicate effectively with the service team.
  • Provide accurate service estimates, explain maintenance and repair recommendations, and answer customer questions.
  • Schedule and coordinate service appointments and follow-ups.
