Myers Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram is seeking to hire a proactive and detail-oriented Office Executive Assistant to assist the Office Manager with various administrative tasks, process paperwork to establish or transfer the ownership of a vehicle, posting deals, and more! Previous dealership experience is required. We will train motivated candidates with relevant admin experience.

Responsibilities – Office Executive Assistant:

 

  • Provide administrative support to the Office Manager, including managing calendars, scheduling appointments, posting deals, and organizing meetings
  • Assist in maintaining office procedures and policies to ensure efficiency and compliance with company standards
  • Prepare title and registration documents
  • Prepare out-of-state title work and submit to a third-party agency as necessary
  • Handle incoming calls and emails, responding promptly and professionally to inquiries from customers, vendors, and team members
  • Maintain accurate records and files, including invoices, purchase orders, and other essential documents
  • Assist in inventory management, including ordering office supplies and maintaining stock levels
  • Other duties as assigned

 

 

Qualifications – Office Executive Assistant:

 

  • Dealership experience is required
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior experience in an administrative role
  • Titling or DMV experience is a plus!
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and other relevant software applications
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Proactive problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
  • Valid driver's license
  • Good customer service, communication, and computer skills
