How you'll make an impact

As a PEO Account Executive, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving new business and fostering strong relationships with PEO vendors. You’ll be at the forefront of identifying opportunities, managing partnerships, and educating teams on our comprehensive products and services. Here’s how you’ll contribute:

  • Research and evaluate new PEO vendor opportunities, presenting recommendations to management.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with PEO vendors, acting as the primary point of contact.
  • Serve as an in-office liaison between sales teams and PEO vendors, addressing inquiries and promoting services.
  • Facilitate seminars, webinars, and conference calls to educate brokers, clients, and teams on PEO products.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, ensuring our offerings remain cutting-edge and relevant.

About You
  • Bachelor's degree, preferred and 3-5 years of relevant work expeience
  • Experience working with broker communities and PEO vendors.
  • A working knowledge of employer services.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with a knack for building strong relationships.
  • The ability to thrive both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

We offer a competitive and comprehensive compensation package. The base salary range represents the anticipated low end and high end of the range for this position. The actual compensation will be influenced by a wide range of factors including, but not limited to previous experience, education, pay market/geography, complexity or scope, specialized skill set, lines of business/practice area, supply/demand, and scheduled hours.
