Driverge Vehicle Innovations is the country’s leading builder of commercial shuttles, wheelchair accessible vans, transporters, and small busses. We provide innovative solutions for clients across North America. Recognized as industry experts, we provide vehicle conversions for Healthcare Companies, Fleet Management, Government Agencies, and many other markets. The Business Development Specialist will focus on selling to fleet management companies across the United States.

Summary of Responsibilities


Representation of our state-of-the-art commercial vehicle solutions to large nationally known fleet management companies across the United States with 50 or more fleet vehicles.

Meet with C-Suite executives and build lasting partnerships to achieve revenue levels consistent with strategic objectives.

Create an evolving business plan for the fleet arena in a nationwide capacity.

Take ownership for setting smart sales goals to drive measurable results for retention, growth, profitability, and satisfied fleet management customers.

Utilize tools such as Zoom and PowerPoint for sales presentations.

Conduct research and use different tools to gain more sales opportunities with tools such as Sales Genie and LinkedIn.


Minimum Qualifications


Minimum of 5 years’ experience in multi-state outside sales.

Fleet or automotive sales experience preferred, but not required.

High School Diploma or equivalent required.


Critical Skills and Competencies


Ability to articulate previous success in creation of business plans.

Skilled at working with end users and a strong customer service mentality.

Ability to work independently.


Additional Knowledge/Skills


Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Salesforce, SAP, NetSuite, and Rootstock preferred.

High level knowledge of Zoom.

This position will require travel domestically.
