Compensation: $1,000 - $3,000 / month
Description
Upway is looking for a YouTube Host to become the face of our YouTube channel and help build the most trusted YouTube destination for people researching e-Bikes.
This role is on-site in New York (134 Morgan Ave, Brooklyn), working closely with our marketing team to produce authentic, engaging video content.
Our goal is simple: build trust through long-form content and drive discovery through long form content.
We are not building a typical corporate YouTube channel. We are building a personality-driven channel that people want to watch.
Key Responsibilities
Content Creation
  • Host 4 long-form YouTube videos per month
  • Develop engaging YouTube topics and storylines
  • Be comfortable on camera and acting as the face of the channel

Production Collaboration
  • Work closely with the videographer/editor to: Structure the episodes / Ensure strong pacing and storytelling / Keep videos engaging for long watch times

On-Site Filming
  • Be present in person in New York (134 Morgan Ave, Brooklyn) for filming

Channel Development
  • Bring ideas for YouTube series and formats
  • Continuously test what works with the audience
  • Help shape the personality and voice of the channel
