Job description

About Stitch PEO

Stitch PEO is a modern Professional Employer Organization built for independent medical practices. We exist to take the administrative chaos off our clients’ plates so they can focus on what matters most: delivering exceptional patient care.

We are building something different. Stitch is intentionally lean, fast-moving, and growth-oriented. We believe great companies are built by people who take ownership, think creatively, and aren’t afraid to roll up their sleeves. If you’re excited by the idea of building systems, shaping how work gets done, and growing alongside the business, you’ll feel at home here.

About the Role

We’re hiring an Implementation Specialist (PrismHR) to lead new client onboarding and system implementations. This is a hands-on, execution-focused role for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and has deep experience implementing PEO clients within PrismHR.

You’ll own the end-to-end implementation process—from initial discovery through system configuration, payroll setup, benefits integration, and go-live. You’ll work cross-functionally with Sales, Client Success, Benefits, Operations and 3rd party vendors to ensure a smooth, accurate, and scalable onboarding experience.

This role offers the opportunity to take on diverse projects and responsibilities as we scale, contributing to both client implementations and broader operational initiatives.

What You’ll Do

Client Implementation & Onboarding

- Lead end-to-end PEO client implementations within PrismHR

- Manage implementation timelines, deliverables, and client expectations

- Conduct discovery calls to gather payroll, HR, and benefits requirements

- Configure client accounts in PrismHR, including payroll, tax setup, PTO, and HR modules

- Coordinate data collection, validation, and migration from prior systems

- Coordinate with Time Keeping vendors for set up of time keeping system

- Ensure accurate setup of earnings, deductions, taxes, and compliance requirements

- Oversee parallel payroll runs and support go-live execution

Cross-Functional Coordination

- Partner with Sales during handoff to ensure a smooth transition into implementation

- Collaborate with Benefits, Client Success, and Operations on plan setup and service readiness

- Act as the primary point of contact for clients during implementation

Client Training & Support

- Train clients on PrismHR system functionality, workflows, and best practices

- Provide guidance on payroll processing, reporting, and employee management

- Support initial payroll cycles and resolve early-stage issues

Process Building & Improvement

- Help document and refine implementation workflows and SOPs

- Identify inefficiencies and recommend scalable improvements

What Success Looks Like (First 90 Days)

- Successfully lead multiple client implementations with minimal errors

- Demonstrate strong command of PrismHR configuration and workflows

- Deliver smooth, on-time client go-lives

- Build trust with clients through clear communication and execution

What We’re Looking For

Required

- 3+ years of hands-on experience implementing PEO clients in PrismHR (non-negotiable)

- Strong expertise in PrismHR configuration (payroll, HR, onboarding)

- Experience managing full lifecycle implementations

- Understanding of payroll processes and tax setup

- Strong project management and communication skills

Nice to Have

- Experience with healthcare or medical practice clients

- Benefits implementation experience

- HCM experience

- Strong understanding of PrismHR PTO configuration

- CPP Certification

Why Stitch

- Equity included to reward ownership

- Opportunity to help build and scale the implementation function

- Remote-first, people-first culture
