Molding Press Operator
2nd & 3rd Shift Available
Pay: $15.00 to $17.00 per hour
Alliance Workforce Solutions is currently hiring Molding Press Operators for a growing manufacturing company. If you're dependable, detail-oriented, and looking for a stable opportunity with room to grow, we'd love to hear from you.
What You'll Do
As a Molding Press Operator, you'll operate automated plastic injection molding machines while ensuring every part meets quality standards.
Responsibilities include:
  • Operate automated plastic injection molding presses
  • Perform visual quality inspections on finished products
  • Package and prepare parts according to production requirements
  • Follow written work instructions and quality procedures
  • Complete production and inspection documentation accurately
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment
  • Meet daily production goals while maintaining quality standards
  • Work overtime when needed
What We're Looking For
  • Manufacturing experience preferred
  • Plastic injection molding experience is a plus, but not required
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to read and follow written instructions in English
  • Basic math skills
  • Dependable attendance and punctuality
  • Positive attitude and ability to work well as part of a team
Physical Requirements
  • Stand for an entire 8-hour shift
  • Lift up to 35 pounds
