Job description

Alliance Workforce Solutions is partnered with a leading moving and storage company currently seeking an experienced Sit-Down Forklift Operator to support daily warehouse and yard operations. This is a great opportunity to join a fast-paced environment with potential for long-term employment.

Responsibilities:

  • Safely operate a sit-down forklift to move, load, and unload furniture, pallets, and storage items
  • Assist with loading and unloading moving trucks and trailers
  • Stage, organize, and relocate customer goods within the warehouse and storage facility
  • Support yard operations including moving materials between designated areas
  • Perform daily equipment safety checks and report any issues
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-compliant work area
  • Follow all company and OSHA safety procedures at all times

Requirements:

  • Prior experience operating a sit-down forklift required
  • Experience in warehouse, moving, or storage environments preferred
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs as needed
  • Strong attention to safety and detail
  • Reliable attendance and ability to work in a team setting

Schedule & Pay:

  • Full-time, Monday–Friday (occasional overtime based on business needs)
