THE OPPORTUNITY

We are hiring a Partner Sales Representative to our Partner Sales team in Houston, TX! 

We're seeking a highly motivated and tenacious Partner Sales Representative to join our growing team . This is a full-cycle sales role where you will own the entire process, from initial outreach to successfully closing new partnership agreements.  If you thrive on identifying opportunities, building relationships, presenting solutions, and achieving sales targets, we want to hear from you!

This position is a critical driver for our growth, directly contributing by expanding our partner network.  You will be based out of our Houston office at least 3 days per week.

YOUR IMPACT

  • Execute High-Volume Outbound Outreach: Systematically conduct 50+ cold calls per day, alongside targeted email and social media outreach, to identity and engage potential new partners.
  • Prospect and Qualify Leads: Research and identify key decision-makers within target businesses, qualifying their potential interest and fit for our platform. 
  • Manage the Full Sales Cycle: Lead Potential Partners through every stage of the sales process, from initial contract and discovery to negotiation and closing.
  • Conduct Engaging Presentations: Articulate our value proposition clearly and persuasively, presenting the benefits of joining our network directly to business owners and decision- makers.
  • Negotiate and Close Deals: Confidently manage expectations, overcome objections, and finalize partnership agreements to bring new businesses onto the wellhub platform.
  • Maintain CRM Accuracy: Diligently log all sales activities, prospect interactions, and update lead statuses in our CRM system (e.g.,Salesform, Hubspot) to ensure accurate pipeline reporting and effective funnel management. 
  • Achieve Sales Quotas: Consistently meet and exceed monthly sales quotas and daily activity targets.
  • Collaborate and Learn: Work closely with the sales team to refine outreach and closing strategies, share best practices, and continuously improve your sales skills
  • Live the Mission: Inspire and empower others by genuinely caring for your own wellbeing and your colleagues. Bring wellbeing to the forefront of work, and create a supportive environment where everyone feels comfortable taking care of themselves, taking time off, and finding work-life balance.

WHO YOU ARE

  • You have 1-2+ years of experience in a role requiring outbound customer contact, such as cold calling, telemarketing, canvassing, or retail sales with a strong emphasis on customer interaction and meeting sales/conversion goals.
  • You possess a clear, confident and persuasive verbal communication style, especially over the phone and in virtual presentations. Strong written communication for emails is also essential.
  • A genuine desire to help others and provide a positive experience, even when navigating complex conversations or handling objections. 
  • Ability  to manage a high volume of daily tasks, prioritize effectively, and maintain an organized sales pipeline in a fast-paced environment. You're skilled at tracking leads, scheduling follow-ups, and managing your calendar.
  • A tenacious attitude with the ability to handle rejection gracefully and maintain a positive, persistent approach to achieving daily and monthly closing targets.
  • Eagerness to learn, adapt, and apply feedback to continuously improve your sales and closing performance.
  • Comfortable using CRM software (like Salesforce) and sales engagement tools for outreach, tracking, and managing your sales funnel

In New York, California, Colorado, Massachusetts, and Washington, the annual base salary range for this role is $24.20 - $26.20 per hour. The base salary range for other locations may vary. Actual base salary will be dependent on geographic location, relevant experience, skills, qualifications and/or other job-related factors. In addition to base salary, this role is eligible to participate in our sales incentive plan.  With the sales incentive plan, the estimated On-Target-Earnings (OTE) range is $70,000 - $75,000+. Actual OTE will vary based on achievement against specific quotas and relevant performance metrics.

We are currently set up to hire in California, Colorado, Connecticut, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Massachusetts, Missouri, North Carolina, New Jersey, New Hampshire, New York, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Virginia, Washington, and Wisconsin.
