Channel Sales Account Manager (Business Automation Solutions)- Full-Time

Location: Nevada, NV, 89108

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Channel Sales Manager to drive sales growth through our network of channel partners. The Channel Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and managing relationships with partners, Distributer and Brand Name accounts, identifying new business opportunities, and executing sales strategies to meet revenue targets.

  • The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in channel sales and strong leadership skills in Hospitality, Retail, and manufacturing.

What you'll do:

  • Develop relationships with channel partners, including distributors, resellers, and VARs and Brand Accounts.
  • Collaborate with partners to develop sales plans and strategies to achieve revenue targets.
  • Provide training and support to partners to help them effectively sell our products/services.
  • Identify new channel partners and opportunities for business expansion.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with channel partners.
  • Monitor sales performance and provide regular reporting on key metrics.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to develop channel-specific marketing collateral and programs.
  • Stay up to date on industry trends and competitive offerings.

Experience you'll need:

  • The ideal candidate will reside on the west coast of Nevada and be available to travel 30%.
  • Must have knowledge of Technical Sales in Hospitality and retail sector.
  • Knowledge of the Channel Partners, Distributer, ISV’s and Brand Name Accounts.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in channel sales or a similar role.
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills with Brand accounts.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with partners at all levels.
  • Experience using CRM software (e.g., NetSuite, HubSpot) is a plus.
