Job description

We are seeking an Account Executive (Remote) for a full-time and direct hire role for one of our amazing partners.


You will identify new business opportunities by understanding the needs and eligibility of prospect companies. You will prospect and pursue net new business by building & managing a strong pipeline for an aggressive GTM strategy. You will promote and sell workforce solutions and to drive growth in the industries they support like hospitality, agriculture and landscaping. You should have deep industry credibility, and firsthand knowledge of the operational and workforce challenges for seasonal labor shortages.


Responsibilities:

  • Sell customized workforce solutions that are aligned with a company's seasonal cycles, peak demand periods, and long-term needs for seasonal labor shortages.
  • The full sales cycle from qualification, discovery to close and conversion.
  • Maximizing net new logo acquisition through strategic prospecting and MQL advancement.
  • Data and performance metrics driven while understanding the drivers of sales velocity as well as the need for accurate forecasting and consistency.
  • Nurturing strong cross-functional relationships to ensure selling alignment with internal stakeholders.
  • Effectively articulate the value proposition by leveraging value selling methodology.
  • Monitoring market trends and conditions as well as proactively following competitor activity to have ongoing refinement of marketing strategies.
  • Provide recommendations for improved marketing channel optimization.


Requirements:

  • 3+ years of B2B sales experience as an individual contributor with a strong record of meeting or exceeding quota attainment.
  • Experience engaging with prospects within agriculture, landscaping, nurseries, hospitality or any industries that have a high dependency on seasonal labor is highly desirable.
  • Experience and/or understanding of H2A or H2B workforce solutions is highly desirable.
  • Proficient in sales technology stack including CRM (Salesforce preferred), sales intelligence tools and sales communication platforms (Gong preferred).
  • Systematic approach to pipeline generation and management.
  • Strong attention to detail and a strong process rigor with a continuous improvement attitude.
  • A scrappy self-starter that is comfortable working in a dynamic and mission driven culture.
  • Bachelor's degree or relevant work experience.
