ABOUT MOBILE VIDEO GUARD
Mobile Video Guard was founded in 2016 as SMART Security Pros. We provide remote monitored security surveillance primarily for construction sites, but also car dealerships, equipment yards, and other facilities across the country. We do this with a proprietary system we build in-house and install at job sites so that our Video Surveillance Experts can monitor projects for after-hours intrusion.

POSITION OVERVIEW
The Account Executive (AE) works alongside Business Development to drive regional revenue growth by managing opportunities from qualification through close. The AE is responsible for owning assigned regional deals, building strong customer relationships, coordinating internal resources, and ensuring opportunities progress efficiently through the sales pipeline.
The AE serves as the primary deal owner once an opportunity is qualified, collaborating closely with Business Development and overseeing Sales Engineers (SEs) to ensure accurate contract preparation, timely execution, and successful handoff to operations.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES amp; RESPONSIBILITIES
· Own and manage assigned accounts and assigned territory sales opportunities from qualification through close
· Partner closely with Business Development to transition qualified opportunities into active deals
· Conduct discovery calls, site reviews, and solution discussions with prospective clients
· Develop pricing strategies and deal structures aligned with company goals
· Lead customer negotiations and secure executed agreements
· Oversee Sales Engineers assigned to deals to ensure accurate contract preparation and execution
· Coordinate with operations, project management, and finance to ensure deal feasibility
· Working with Sales Engineer to maintain accurate pipeline activity and forecasting in the CRM
· Meet or exceed assigned revenue, RMR, and close-rate targets
· Represent Mobile Video Guard professionally in all client interactions
· Partner with Business Development to attend association meetings, networking events, trade shows to build the Mobile Video Guard brand within their territory
· Conduct job site visits, current and prospective customer office visits to generate feedback and needs from current customers as well as develop leads with prospective customers
· Coordinate with field operations to ensure smooth sales to operations handoffs, assist with site walks/analysis, and any other needs required
QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS amp; EXPERIENCE
· Proven experience in B2B sales, account management, or business development
· Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
· Ability to manage multiple deals across a defined region
· Experience selling solutions or services (security, construction, or technology preferred)
· Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills
· Proficiency with CRM systems and standard office software
· Ability to work independently while collaborating across teams
