We provide our customers with facility design and construction services which includes; sales and service for irrigation; grain handling; manure handling; and constructing high tech manure separation systems nationwide. Komro Sales & Service, Inc. is seeking out an individual with an entrepreneurial spirit who wants to be an integral part of increasing our Bobcat Sales Team!

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Maintain & create relationships with new and existing customers through the selling of Ag equipment, compact machinery, and related systems and services

  • Generate sales while upholding appropriate margins

  • Establish and organize daily work schedule for visiting and calling on exiting or potential sales outlets

  • Understand and communicate the features and benefits of each piece of equipment, machine, and design options Komro Sales offers the customers

  • Monitor competition by gathering current marketplace data on pricing, new and existing products, delivery schedules, and merchandising techniques.

  • Recommend changes in products, services, & policies by evaluating results and competitive developments

  • Resolve customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, and making recommendations to management

  • Generate incremental sales through upselling and value proposition (including services)

  • Continually increase professional and technical product knowledge by attending related training, reviewing professional and product publications, and networking.

  • Keep accurate documentation and submit in a timely manner when applicable

  • Adjust content of sales presentations by studying types of sales outlets or trade factors

  • Assist sales teams with additional leads through sales calls

Qualifications:

  • Previous AG (dairy) and Bobcat experience and knowledge preferred, but willing to train the right person.

  • Motivated, disciplined, determined & passionate with regards to the Ag Industry (Dairy)

  • Proficient math & computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)

  • Advanced research & vocabulary / communication skills

  • Ability to travel for trainings

  • Detail oriented, neat & organized (process flow, documentation, warranties)

  • Ability to think quickly and problem solve

  • Independent & confident with an eagerness to learn and absorb information
